Specify the solvent or mixture, attach its safety data sheet and describe contamination and daily volume. Nominal boiler volume alone does not define daily throughput: composition, cycle time and residue handling also matter.
Recovery separates solvent from contamination by distillation. Suitability for your process must be checked against the composition and required quality. Recovery yield and savings cannot be specified without data on the actual solvent.

The contaminated solvent is filled into the vessel. The composition of the mixture and the properties of the residue determine the suitable design and processing conditions.
The heating jacket transfers heat to the mixture. The solvent evaporates into vapour, while less volatile components remain in the vessel.
The solvent vapour enters the cooled condenser through a separate line. The condensed solvent drains into the distillate collector.
After the cycle ends and the material has cooled sufficiently, remove the residue. Emptying depends on the version: bag, tilt or discharge.
