Charge
The contaminated solvent is filled into the vessel. The composition of the mixture and the properties of the residue determine the suitable design and processing conditions.

Solvent distiller with usable charge of 60 litres from the Professional series. The internal scraper moves the contents and helps concentrate the residue. Multi-stage control enables process adjustment and integration of automatic filling or emptying.

In distillation, the solvent is evaporated, the vapour is cooled in the condenser, and the less volatile residue remains in the kettle. The displayed fill indicates the quantity per batch; it is not the same as hourly or daily output.
The animation explains the application principle. It is not a simulation of the motion or equipment of model DQ 60.
What defines this version ↓When selecting a static or dynamic version, we check the behaviour of the residue, foaming, boiling point and required purity. Vacuum, cooling and automatic filling are determined according to the liquid and the configuration. The basis is the composition and the safety data sheet.
Selected data from the technical table. Multiple values mean different configurations; details are listed below.
Version details
| Data | Version |
|---|---|
| Usable filling | 60 l |
| Series | Professional |
| Design | With scraper |
| Catalog distillation time | 3–5 h; depending on the liquid and execution |
The values apply to the specified model or family. More values in a row mean different versions or equipment. Standard and optional equipment as well as final dimensions are confirmed for the quotation configuration.

The contaminated solvent is filled into the vessel. The composition of the mixture and the properties of the residue determine the suitable design and processing conditions.
The heating jacket transfers heat to the mixture. The solvent evaporates into vapour, while less volatile components remain in the vessel.
The solvent vapour enters the cooled condenser through a separate line. The condensed solvent drains into the distillate collector.
After the cycle ends and the material has cooled sufficiently, remove the residue. Emptying depends on the version: bag, tilt or discharge.
Explanation of the principle with partial sections. The geometry, equipment and speed shown are not a technical simulation of a specific model. The design is verified against the drawing and manufacturer data.
