Solvent distiller with usable charge of 120 litres from the Professional series. The static version separates the suitable solvent from less volatile impurities without an internal scraper. Multi-stage control enables process adjustment and integration of automatic filling or emptying.

From contaminated solvent to distillate
In distillation, the solvent is evaporated, the vapour is cooled in the condenser, and the less volatile residue remains in the kettle. The displayed fill indicates the quantity per batch; it is not the same as hourly or daily output.

Evaporation
The heating jacket transfers heat to the mixture. The solvent evaporates into vapour, while less volatile components remain in the vessel.
Condensation
The solvent vapour enters the cooled condenser through a separate line. The condensed solvent drains into the distillate collector.
Residue
After the cycle ends and the material has cooled sufficiently, remove the residue. Emptying depends on the version: bag, tilt or discharge.
