Two planes define the profile cutout

For cuts for façade and structural joints, we combine vertical and horizontal cutting. Height, depth and angles together determine the geometry of the profile joint.

The animation explains the principle of the application area. It is not a simulation of motion or of the equipment of model PRISMA 650.

What defines this version ↓

Key features of PRISMA 650

  • NC adjustment of four axes for the height, depth and orientation of the cut-out.
  • Separate motors drive the horizontal and vertical saw blades.
  • Infinitely variable hydropneumatic feed; pneumatic clamping in vertical and horizontal direction.
  • For straight and angle cuts; feasibility of compound angles is checked from the drawing.

How to compare the version

Manual and motorised adjustment mainly affect setup and repeatability of geometry. Before selection, we check the joint drawing, profile orientation and access for both saw blades.

Profile heightUp to 280 mm
Profile widthUp to 320 mm at 90°
Saw blade diameters550 mm horizontal / 650 mm vertical
Cutout depthHorizontal up to 210 mm / vertical up to 262 mm
