How to understand the process.
- 01Profile and joint angle
- 02Cutout production
- 03Prepared joint
Two planes define the profile cutout
For cuts for façade and structural joints, we combine vertical and horizontal cutting. Height, depth and angles together determine the geometry of the profile joint.
The animation explains the principle of the application area. It is not a simulation of motion or of the equipment of model PRISMA 500.
What defines this version ↓Key features of PRISMA 500
- Semi-automatic notch saw with manual angle adjustment.
- Two separate motors drive the horizontal and vertical saw blades.
- Facade profiles, crossbars and more demanding structural joints.
How to compare the version
Manual and motorised adjustment mainly affect setup and repeatability of geometry. Before selection, we check the joint drawing, profile orientation and access for both saw blades.
