Positioning
We support the profile and position it with the appropriate tool. The punch and die opening are aligned with the required cutout.

Hydraulic press with a rigid C-frame for more demanding punching. The required tool is determined by cross-section, material, wall thickness and punch geometry.
Technical data Ask about this model ↗Profile punching
Punching creates an opening with a tool shaped for the selected cutout. The required force depends on the material, thickness and cut length; therefore the model designation alone does not determine suitability.
The animation explains the application principle. It is not a simulation of the motion or equipment of model DYNO 40.
What defines this version ↓We check force, stroke, installation height of the tool and reach. When changing profiles, adjusting supports, removing cutouts and tool change time are also important.
Selected data from the technical table. Multiple values mean different configurations; details are listed below.
Version details
| Data | Version |
|---|---|
| Force | 400 kN |
| Stroke | 80 mm |
| Double strokes | Up to 15/min |
The values apply to the specified model or family. More values in a row mean different versions or equipment. Standard and optional equipment as well as final dimensions are confirmed for the quotation configuration.

We support the profile and position it with the appropriate tool. The punch and die opening are aligned with the required cutout.
The pressure pad holds the material against the die. The required force depends on the material, thickness and cutting perimeter.
The punch penetrates the material into the die opening. The slug separates and is discharged through the intended opening.
The punch retracts; the stripper or pressure element prevents the material from lifting with it. The tool is prepared for the next piece.
Explanation of the principle with partial sections. The geometry, equipment and speed shown are not a technical simulation of a specific model. The design is verified against the drawing and manufacturer data.
