Length
The left head defines the origin, the right one is set to the selected length. The displayed cutting planes are perpendicular to the profile.
Double-head saw for repeatable length and angle cutting of profiles. The Reverse Garda version enables inward and outward head tilting. The lowered blade center increases the cross-cutting capacity. The configuration is determined by the maximum cross-section, length and required cutting geometry.

Two-head cutting prepares both ends of the profile to the specified length. The movable head defines the distance, while the head setting determines the geometry of both ends. Before blade movement, the profile must be supported and clamped.
The animation explains the application principle. It is not a motion or equipment simulation of model SW 553 R Reverse Garda3.
What defines this version ↓Distinguish between head longitudinal travel, head tilt and rotation for compound angles. A section that can be cut at 90° is not necessarily feasible at another angle. Before selection, compare the cutting diagram and profile orientation.

The list defines the lengths and quantities of pieces. The format must match import on the selected machine.
You transfer the data into the saw software. The transfer path depends on the model and supported format.
Check the material, dimensions and cutting settings on the machine. The diagram shows the division of the profile into pieces.
Schematic view of the function · options depend on the model and equipment.Compatibility is confirmed using a sample file for the selected controller, software and machine equipment. Import, simulation and execution are separate steps: tools, clamping, machining access and a safe trial cycle must be checked.

The left head defines the origin, the right one is set to the selected length. The displayed cutting planes are perpendicular to the profile.
The profile is clamped at both cutting positions. During cutting, the position of the heads and the set length do not change.
The rotating blades travel along their guides from behind the profile and through it. The profile, distance between the heads and selected cutting planes remain fixed during cutting.
The blades return from the profile area, only then are the clamps released. The angles and feed method vary between versions.
