Preparation
The profile is supported and positioned at the required length. The illustration shows a square cut with one cutting head.
Single-head saw with a 500 mm diameter blade that rises from below the table. For workshop cutting of aluminium profiles, with adjustable cutting angles and controlled blade feed.
Technical data Ask about this model ↗Single-head saws
We select the single-head saw based on the cross-section, angle and feed method. Long-profile support, length stop and clamping are part of workstation setup.
The animation explains the principle of the application area. It is not a simulation of the movement or equipment of the AS 500 Top model.
What defines this version ↓When changing products, access to settings and the method of length setting are important. Capability is not determined only by the blade diameter: the actual cutting area at the required angle must be checked.
Selected data from the technical table. Multiple values mean different configurations; details are listed below.

Technology in cross-section
Explore the sequence of motions and flows. Select a phase or move the timeline slider.
The profile is supported and positioned at the required length. The illustration shows a square cut with one cutting head.
The clamps hold the workpiece against the cutting plane. The setup is adjusted to the cross-section and orientation of the profile.
The rotating blade emerges through the table slot and cuts the clamped profile from below. This illustrates the principle of an upward cut; the feed mechanism depends on the model.
The tool retracts from the material. The clamps release after the tool has withdrawn, allowing the cut piece to be removed.
Explanation of the principle with partial sections. The geometry, equipment and speed shown are not a technical simulation of a specific model. The design is verified against the drawing and manufacturer data.
